To access the eServices Portal within Interact SSAS, all users—whether organizations or individuals—must first request access. This process ensures that only authorized and verified users can interact with the Social Security Administration through the digital portal.

Who Needs to Register?

  • Employers

  • Financial Institutions

  • Employees

  • Self-Employed Individuals

  • Voluntary Contributors

Access Request Scenarios

  1. Existing Profiles (with SSN)
Users who already have a Social Security Number (SSN) registered in the system can use it to link their profile when requesting eService access.

  2. New Users (no SSN yet)
Users without an SSN must initiate the registration process from scratch by submitting a full Application for Registration (e.g., “Application for Registration as Employee” or “Self-Employed”).
