Workbench and Dashboard

The Workbench and Dashboard module in Interact SSAS provides users with a streamlined interface to efficiently manage and track pending tasks, transactions, and approvals. This feature consolidates all activities into a single, intuitive activity dashboard, ensuring users can quickly access and prioritize their workload and activities.

Dashboard Functionalities

Social Security eServices Access Requests

  • Displays pending eServices Access requests requiring review and approval.
  • Requests appear in a numbered list with unread requests in bold.
  • Users can access detailed request information and approve or reject applications.

Employer Registration Requests

  • Lists pending Employer Social Security Registration Number (ESSRN) applications.
  • Users can update missing details, approve, or reject requests.

Social Security Number (SSN) Applications

  • Displays pending SSN applications for employees, self-employed individuals, and voluntary contributors.
  • Users can review, approve, issue, or reject applications.

Contribution and Tax Return Filings

  • Provides a list of pending employer contribution filings.
  • Users can review and post contribution return filings for approval.

Case Management

  • Displays pending case reviews and approvals.
  • Users can access detailed case records and approve, reject, or escalate cases.

KYC Updates

The Workbench and Dashboard module in Interact SSAS ensures an efficient, transparent, and user-friendly experience for managing all social security-related transactions. By centralizing critical tasks and enabling rapid processing, the module enhances overall operational efficiency and compliance.

Workbench Details and Screenshots

Interact SSAS is designed to make it easy for users to quickly perform their tasks in the system and to see which tasks are pending so they know how to prioritize their work.

Since the entire application is one single suite, all activities can be consolidated in one single Dashboard or Workbench where the transactions will be processed.

Through the Granular User Access Control, the system manages which users can view which data.  This also applies to the Dashboard below which will only display the activities for which a particular user is authorized.

The functionality for this is quickly evolving as we introduce more features and options to improve the User Experience (UX).

Upcoming updates will provide extensive flexibility to the User Interface to enable users to choose what should be displayed on the screen
