Creating a New Email Template

  • Users can create any new email template.
  • Users will enter a template name, subject, sender email, and recipient email.
  • Users can configure the email body using merge fields to insert dynamic content.
  • Users can save the template for future use in workflows and notifications.

Updating and Deleting Email Templates

  • Existing templates can be modified to update content or recipient details.
  • Users can delete obsolete templates, ensuring only relevant templates are available.
  • Deleted templates are permanently removed from the system.

Messages and Notifications

Managing Messages

  • Allows the Social Security Board to send and receive messages from employers and individuals.
  • All messages appear on eServices portal of employers and individuals.
  • Provides a complete history of sent and received messages for transparency.

Sending Messages

  • Users select recipients using a search function by name, address, or group.
  • Messages can be categorized by predefined subjects.
  • Supports direct communication between administrators and beneficiaries.
  • Confirmation messages ensure successful delivery.

Viewing and Managing Received Messages

  • Received messages appear in an organized list with filtering options.
  • Users can open messages to view detailed content and respond if necessary.
  • Messages remain stored for record-keeping and auditing purposes.
