Overview

System Manager is the central configuration hub of Interact SSAS. It governs the entire application’s behavior and structure, from master data and policy setup to financial, administrative, and workflow configurations. Its powerful customization options make it possible to adapt Interact SSAS to any country’s social security legislation.

Key Functional Areas

  1. General Setup

    • Country settings, SSA identity and branding

    • Social Security Number (SSN), Employer Identification Number (EIN), and SSA Registration Number structures

    • Naming conventions, employee group classifications, benefit/contribution rate tables

    • User credential generation (manual or auto), payment numbering, and GL posting format

    • Credit posting logic (on filing or payment), medical benefit configurations

    • Integration of assessment periods and medical referee rules

    • System-wide message customization (welcome screens, alerts)

The Workbench Dashboard centralizes all pending actions, requests, approvals, and notifications across Interact SSAS into a single user-centric interface. It is a dynamic task and transaction tracker designed to improve efficiency and responsiveness.

This module facilitates structured communication between the SSA and stakeholders (employers, individuals, etc.), tightly integrated with all other modules to automate and track correspondence related to claims, compliance, and services.
