After any financial transaction which results in incoming or outgoing payments, the will need to be GL Journal Entries made in the financial system of the organization.

Interact SSAS produces GL Journal Entries for all Contribution Payments (incoming) and all Benefit Payments (outgoing).  In addition to these transactions, any Penalties charged to Employers for Delayed Contribution Filing also results in (receivables &) incoming payments for which GL Journal Entries are required.

The following screen allows the user to Generate and then View the GL Journal Entries resulting from specific Penalties that have been charged in the previous steps due to Late Filing of Contributions.
