Final Posting of the Contribution Payments is the Final Step of the Contribution Process. The Social Security Administration user will not be able to edit the transactions posted anymore after this Final Posting.
The only way to make adjust any matter after Final Posting is through the appropriate Adjustment Processes.
The user can use filters and set their selection criteria to select the transactions they want to post first.
The process is seamlessly integrated with Employee’s and Employer’s Profile which will be updated automatically after the posting.
Overview
- Final Posting is the same as the Trial Posting, however once the user runs the Contribution/Tax Payment Final Posting, the user cannot change the Social Security Contribution/Tax Payments any further.
- Once the Contribution Payments Final Posting is run, then Social Security Contribution Period Closing can be done.
